Details: Expo time: 10am to 2:30pm
Plan for the day:
• 10am open the door to the public
• 10:30 MC to welcoming folks and Recognition of donors & vendors
• 11:00 to 12:30 Easter Egg Hunt registration
• 11:45 Children’s Drama Ministry presentation
• 12 noon the LR Performing Arts Performance in the Auditorium – 3rd to 6th graders performing
• 12:30 Easter Egg Hunts begin for children ages 2 to 12. Ending about 1:30pm
• 12 noon to 1:30 lunch available for purchase: Assembly of God Youth Ministry
• 1:45 announce the Easter Egg Hunt Winners in the Auditorium
• 2pm the LR Performing Arts Performance in the Auditorium – 7th & 8th graders perform
• 2: 30pm doors close to the public

Rogersville Area Chamber Meetings
Location will be announced on the calendar each moth.
The Rogersville Area Chamber of Commerce will hold meeting from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm.
The 2nd Tuesday of each month.
Board of Aldermen
The Rogersville Board of Aldermen meet at 7:00 pm every first and third Monday of the month at City Hall. Call 753-2884 for agenda information
Lions Club

L-R Education Foundation
The Logan-Rogersville Education Foundation meets on the first Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm at Club Management Services office, 1717 E. Republic Road, Springfield
Senior Center Breakfast
The Rogersville Senior Center serves an all-you-can-eat breakfast on the third Saturday of each month from 7:00 to 9:30 am. The cost is $4.00 for adults and $3.00 for children.
